Last day in Athens
Still feeling rubbish I didn’t eat anything but dragged myself out of bed, sculled some water and got out the door again.
It’s really hot so I’m careful to stay hydrated. I do another loop around the city to see the sights. I’m lucky my hostel is so close to the centre of the city – walking further in the heat would have been unpleasant.
As it was in the midday sun, getting to the top of a hill overlooking Athens was a challenge, but it was entirely worth it. The clear sky and the elevation gave me a perfect view out over Athens.
